Bobby holds two separate nutrition certifications with focuses in sports and exercise nutrition as well as weight loss. Having an extensive background in the fitness industry, he applies his knowledge of human physiology and behavior change to nutrition, helping people efficiently achieve their goals through clear and personal guidance.

Using the latest technology, Bobby shows clients their current metabolic rates (calorie usage) and explains exactly what they need to do in order to reach their goals, whether it be weight loss, improving metabolism, adding muscle, toning, or training for a competitive event. He emphasizes balanced, sustainable nutrition and habits for lifelong health.

Bobby currently manages a health diagnostics company and hosts wellness retreats built on Ayurvedic principles, using food, herbs, and nature to cleanse and invigorate.

Prior to this, he was a regional instructor for a leading multi-national fitness organization, responsible for the on-boarding and education of their training departments in DC, MD, and VA.  He taught classes in nutrition, advanced nutrition, neuromuscular and cardiovascular physiology, biomechanics, as well as foundational and advanced exercise program design.  Bobby is a certified personal trainer, US Olympic weightlifting coach, corrective exercise specialist, and professional executive coach.

When he’s not listening to an Audible about health, science, or medicine, he’s probably lost in nature, cooking, or practicing martial arts!
