Abby Bernhardt

It’s hard to find someone more caring and motivating than Abby. She loves motivating others to live active and healthy lifestyles. (Every student that comes into the studio has the fortune of seeing how genuine and true that statement is.) In Abby’s mind, there is nothing more inspiring than to see people challenge themselves in order to reach their fitness goals, and she has a knack for getting to know how to get the best out of all of our Arlington clients!

Heather Reed

Heather is a Collegiate D1 Athlete turned Peacecorps Volunteer, who realized fitness was her calling while traveling the world. Playing sports since childhood, Heather became quite adept at volleyball, so much so that she made it onto the University of South Carolina volleyball team. She even helped the University of Queensland win a national title in Australia and played in volleyball tournaments in 28 different countries! Heather is now committed to keeping herself and her clients fit, happy and injury-free!

Michael Symanski

Michael’s students can attest that he has a knack for getting that extra ab work via laughter in classes. His ability to blend his sense of humor with motivating, positive energy is what makes Michael the perfect NP coach. Coming from a family of 10 kids(!!!), a fit and active lifestyle was instilled upon Michael at an early age. He played college football and baseball, and coached high school football and track. Needless to say, motivating others to be active comes naturally to Michael!

Jordan Ciminelli

Picture this: you’re in your favorite outfit, with your favorite people, and Rihanna walks in. That’s exactly what Jordan’s class will feel like. Will Drake show up? Maybe. Will you leave excited to come back again? Definitely! You can always expect high energy, great music, and you’ll always leave in love (with yourself) after Jordan's class. With her background in volleyball, cycling, boxing, and personal training, Jordan takes her class on an energizing and authentic journey. Get ready for great music, and an even better workout.

Karly Ginieczki

Karly has had a passion for fitness and wellness since college, and has taken this interest into to the corporate wellness community. She enjoys teaching different group exercise formats, personal training clients of all different backgrounds and having a chance to make a daily impact in helping others live their healthiest lives. She is an ACE-certified personal trainer and loves helping others reach their individual goals through a motivational environment. Always having been part of a sports team, Karly also loves teaching group fitness because it is such a fun and team-focused outlet for staying active and hitting those goals.

Reggie McFail

Simply put, Reggie’s clients LOVE him. He delivers results, makes it fun and most importantly, he has that intangible we love - he cares. Both an experienced trainer and nutritional coach, Reggie has the well-rounded background that gets results to create happy clients! He got into training when he realized that combining his active lifestyle with his passion for helping people could be the right ingredients to make an awesome trainer. He was right! He’s specializes in fat burning and weight loss, and even once trained a family of 4, which is no easy task!

Chris Crockett

An 8-year career in personal training sprouted when knee surgery after knee surgery led this three-sport athlete to find himself over 100 pounds overweight. Chris decided to dedicate himself to health and fitness. He earned his personal trainer certification and graduated with a 4-year degree in Exercise Science, all while losing over 130 pounds and doing pain-free squats on his surgically repaired knees! He is known as a fun-loving coach with a results-focused mindset. A lifelong learner, he prides himself on keeping up to date on the latest in the world of health and fitness to deliver the best results for his clients.

Kellen Cannon

Participating in a range of sports throughout her life, Kellen found her passion on the lacrosse field during her collegiate athletic career. Her desire to serve her teammates and own healthy lifestyle is what drew her to fitness, and to get her doctorate in physical therapy. Kellen firmly believes exercise is the best medicine, and loves to share her knowledge of the benefits of health and wellness with those around her, so others can lead happier and healthier lifestyles.

Allison James

Allison (AJ) is an ACE certified group fitness instructor who found her love for fitness by playing collegiate volleyball. After suffering a back injury that kept her off the court, she discovered group fitness as an outlet. AJ has incredible energy in her classes and knows how to motivate and get the most out of each client.

Joanne Anderson

Joanne is a fitness professional with a Masters in Health Promotion & Exercise Management from the University of Cincinnati and an ACSM Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She has worked in corporate fitness for 6 years and currently manages a federal law enforcement agency, helping her members stay active at work and fit for duty. Joanne is passionate about strength training and has participated in bodybuilding competitions!

Kim Barbano

A former high school varsity swimmer and volleyball player, Kim has coached youth swimming and volleyball and has always had a passion for health and fitness. She's not only a group fitness instructor, but a butt-kicking personal trainer! Her cheery spirit and focus on form are just what you need when you're putting in work during her HIIT & Abs classes.

Radames Arocho

Spending the last 15 years in the health and fitness industry, Radames brings not only his experience, but his love and passion to every workout. With multiple certifications in personal training, group exercises, and nutrition, he is ready to get you to those and health and fitness goals while showing you how to have fun every step of the way.

Britney Hall

Originally from Alexandria, VA, Britney’s been all over the country, most recently residing in L.A.. A competitive dancer since the age of 6, she studied dance in college before moving to L.A. to pursue her professional dance career. In the midst of all of that, she found her passion for fitness. She values the “always a student” mentality, so she is constantly staying up on her own training - this helps her workouts stay fresh and current for her clients. Britney loves to create new, safe and innovative exercises in her sessions. What Britney loves the most, is the drive that fitness brings out of people. Her main goal is to guide people to push to become the best version of themselves - she is excited to be able to do that at Next Phase!

Alana Lassiter

Alana introduction to coaching was not like most. After having her second child she’s was diagnosed with severe postpartum depression. Doctors prescribed many medications but the only medicine that helped was “working out”. For the past 3 years shes been using fitness as her vehicle to help other people break past their mental, physical, and emotional barriers. Alana has a passion for people and a hunger to help clients reach there goals. No slacking or lacking in Alana classes or PT sessions she will require your best.
