We've taken our Fitness Director’s proven, effective strength program and applied it to our signature circuit classes.

The 6 unique phases below were created by combining all 4 strength modalities - strength, hypertrophy, power and endurance. Each phase rotates on a weekly basis, making our workouts extremely diverse and the perfect tool to keep you progressing. The end result is sustainable progression, inevitable results, and training like a personal training client.
