A professional actress in the DC Area, Maggie’s introduction to the fitness stage was by accident. Her 10+ years of ballet experience led her to help out a barre teacher who needed a last-minute sub. She has since added Pilates, Yoga and BOSU to the mix. Come check out why her students always leave with her challenging classes with a smile on their faces, and don’t be surprised when you see her on stage at a theater near you.

Emily Schmidt

Once a gymnast, Emily turned to diving once her tall genes kicked in. Luckily, those gym skills translated well, and she went to at UNC, where she was top 10 All ACC. She probably would have qualified for the Olympics if she didn't...that's what we like to think anyways. On top of years of exercise experience, Emily is a 200 hr RYT, TRX qualified, and is currently completing her Reformer cert. She likes to do handstands at random times throughout the day, but Emily's most impressive skill is making you like her, even after she's kicked your butt.

David Allen

David is used to teaching yoga in really hot temperatures. Fortunately, he's coming down to normal temperatures our classes. After some time as a student, David was driven to teach to help spread the healing of yoga. In our opinion, his ability to make one feel more at peace is hard to come by. David loves challenging his students physically, almost as much as he loves connecting with students and helping them get more connected with themselves. What makes David extra special isn't just his teaching ability, it's that students in his class know he genuinely cares.
