This low-impact mat class is structured to define, strengthen and firm everyone's favorite muscle groups! We'll use a variety of equipment to get the job done, so no two classes will be the same. Exercises and intensity levels will vary; the focus on fun and results will not!
Get ready to “hurt so good” in this athletic-based, circuit-style reformer class! We’ll spend the first half of class on the reformer with deliberately paced Pilates moves. Then we’ll amp up the intensity with HIIT-style functional training, utilizing the TRX and any other toys your instructor decides to throw in. You will leave feeling like you worked every muscle from head to toe, and maybe ones you didn’t even know you had. (Footwear - regular or sticky socks)
This is NOT your average reformer class. Strengthen, lengthen, and tone every inch of your body as we blend traditional Pilates movements with elements of barre, yoga, and other functional fitness exercises. (Footwear - regular or sticky socks)

We will combine HIIT sequences and functional training to help build endurance, stabilize your core, and strengthen the lower body. From amature to athlete, this efficient circuit will build both stability and power.

It’s like Happy Hour for your body and soul! Similar in style to our Sunrise Circuit, this class is the perfect way to blow off steam at the end of the day. Cardio meets strength in this all-levels class —you’ll use all kinds of equipment in a functional, interval style workout that will leave you feeling challenged and renewed from the inside out.
That booty will be burnin’ in this fun fusion of Barre and HIIT! This high/ low-impact class focuses on developing muscle tone, endurance, balance and posture all in one. Though there isn’t an actual barre in the class, our barre instructors will make sure you get all the pulses, reps, and sweat in that you love!
The name says it all! A total body, strength and cardio workout, this circuit-style class expands on interval training by integrating specific core-targeting functional exercises. No class is ever the same! You’ll use TRX, Kettlebells, Battleropes and a variety of other functional equipment along the way. Designed to challenge your body as a whole, Hard Core will increase your strength, speed and power, while burning hundreds of calories. Don’t let the name scare you - the class may be challenging, but all fitness levels are welcome!
The TRX (Total Resistance Crosstraining) is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. It's the centerpiece of this strength, cardio and core class that will incorporate new moves and fuse them with a variety of complementary equipment, from Kettlebells to resistance bands to dumbbells and more. Tabata is an exercise format that incorporates high intensity 20-second intervals with 10-second periods of rest, which has been proven to boost your metabolism and burn calories and fat more efficiently.
