Individual Transformation Coaching
Your transformation will be specifically designed to suit your needs and lifestyle. Below, we’ve listed out some examples of what your program might look like. Total Body Shift | 90 Day Program
- 24 personal training sessions (55 minutes each)
- 90 day nutritional program with ongoing support
- 24 group exercise classes: HIIT, Pilates (8 per month)
Total Body Transformation | 180 Day Program
- 48 personal training sessions (55 minutes each)
- 180 day nutritional program with ongoing support
- 72 group exercise classes: HIIT, Pilates (12 per month)
Bridal Bootcamp Transformation
This program is not just for the ladies! Our Bridal Bootcamp Transformation is a two-week intensive for you, your sweetie, and/or your whole wedding party to hit those last minute goals! Best when paired with 90 or 180 Day Transformations.
Bridal Bootcamp | 14 Days
- A Bridal Detox Plan including meal plans, recipes, and healthy tips for staying lean before your Big Day
- On-site workout(s) for local or destination weddings*
